| hr heads problem I have joined a reputed company as a associate manager welfaer on 22nd sept 2008.Hr head who recruit me transfered in another unit of company and new hr head joind near 2or 3 days after my joining. After one month he called me and asked what's consideration was with you with hr head who transfered ? what is considering with me? (regarding amount) I told nothing consideration was and nothing going to consider with you. I have joined the company to work by honesty and i will work for company.after this he started harass me and threating, no assignment, always create a satuation that he will remove me within 15 days after six he extend my probation period for three month and written if your performance not found satisfactory your service will be terminated. i told to coo but he told hr head will see your problem he is also with hr head. as my performace,knowledge and work is concerned i can challenge. kindly post your valuable advice. with regards |
