I am a new member in Cite Hr family. Have read so many articles and PPTs and trust me they are quite informative and very helpful.
I would also love to became active member here so that can share and gain knowledge.
Currently working on new assignment of Competency mapping, would really appreciate your help,guidance in the same regard.
Do share some useful information pertaining to competency mapping guidelines, execution, implementation etc..
