HI Shipra,
You can also join LinkedIn and under that join various groups by making search 'like HR / headhunting etc" I am sure there are many HR related groups in which many consultancy people have already joined and have big data base with them. Then you can post your JOB under those groups and people will start replying you.
Also try other free job posting websites, check Shine if they allow free postings.

You may try with different campus alumi assocaition for picking Jr fellows..
As such the market is down, campus coordinators will be more than helpful to assist u with leads...
As others suggested, spread the news!

Hi,
Why don't you post your requirements in yahoo groups, for this you have to subscribe for it and later you can post advertisements about your requirements.
You can additionally try to contact institutes coaching particular skillsets and entertain trainees as well.
If you want any addiitonal infoarmation let m know.
Regards,
GeetaM.
