Dear All

I have been facing problems while opening the website of citehr.

Are you all facing the same problem or it is the problem in my server?

Lets be more positive about it....let me explain...

1.You login in to citehr & after 2 minutes the website does not get displayed and you get a blank screen.

2.You login in to citehr & after 1 minutes the website displayes a proper message "Low system resources"...

I hope the second one is better off than first one..hats off to Sid.

I agree there is problem, rather with the popularity of citehr.com, the number of ppl hitting the website are increasing. When the server load increases, there might be resource crunch @ application server(CPU/RAM) or might be @ Database server(Processes/cup/RAM) so the error.

May be there might be requirement of new servers altogher or may be we should change the architecture of the application and db server on which the website is hosted.

I guess SID can look after it asap.

Hi Vinod,
Thanks for the explanation. You are right - we are pulling just too many people these days and the server which hosts the network is not powerful enough. An upgrade is needed but it'll take time as it's a costly affair. I am trying to optimize the network so it can run smoothly for the time being.
We will surely upgrade to a better server [a much better one hopefully] soon enough.

Regards,
CHR
