Let's make this forum one of the most vibrant and useful forum for the people of northeast.We all can share our experience's and try helping the people from our region to get ahead in life.I am sure the talent pool available is of abundance but the right opportunity is not available.I had left a well cushioned job in Delhi in the year 2005 and had come to Guwahati ,i opened a consultancy here to link the people of this region to the quality companies in the region and outside but many difficulties crop up while convincing the clients to come down to North East and the candidates are not confident enough to go to Metro's and sit for the interview.I need suggestion from all of you to help me in my endeavor.
