How much does Oracle HRMS Cost

Does someone know the price of Oracle HRMS.

It is anything between 2.50 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs...including certification if you are doing from Oracle India. Other small institutes also charge anything between 20,000/- to 60,000/- based on their market but they don't provide certificate.

That depends on the featuers that you want...and it will be few lakhs to couple of crores. It all depends on the featuers that you want in your package. When we got this in my last organization...it costed us...25 Lakhs...and we just took...few featuers.

The Oracle HRMS comes in multiple modules..

Basic HRMS - Hire to retire
Payroll - Localized payroll
Sef Service HR - Employee can manage their data themselves

There are multiple licence price to buy the same..Self service cost approx. 5K per user..Base HRMS will depend on the named users and other processor factor..

I am giving you the approximate pricing only and it will vary depending on the company which is doing the implementation . Iam working for a Oracle Apps consulting company in chennai , here it does vary a lot between different companies .
