e-learning project
hii...

i am doing a project bon e-learning and would like to initiate a discussion topic based on:

1) e-Learning best practices (your views on LMS, and other related tools)
2) Current trends in India (how organizations are using e-Learning to meet learning requirements)
3) What is the amount of ROI if you do it in-house and if you outsource.

I’ll gratefully thank people who read this and share their views subjected to the same, and would heartily reciprocate your response.

Best regards,
priyanka

Dear Priyanka

E-Learning, is currently being adopted in all major verticals of Industry.

My current organization have launched Cisco- Human Network Initiative, two years back. Our major focus has been the Rural Sector, where exposure is minimum at its pace.

Priyanka, as per your queries are concerned at the point 1- Best practices are depended on medium and its element being used. What ever the practices are used, the implementation and execution are concerned. It is no use if I'm explaining my audience 'How A PC Works' without a physically showing them the actual PC.

Implementing E-Learning is India is interpreted by 2 classes of people. One, who admires the learnig and other who didnt find it of no use. Where the second group hampers the purpose of E-Learning.

You may also navigate the outcomes of E-Conferencing as well as the Tele-conferencing.

In case you do need any further assistance on Cisco's- Human Network Intitative, feel free to email me at-

Our E-wishes for your project.
