Dear Pallavi,
An additional qualification (read 'Degree') is always good to have. But the deciding factor should be to do it from which Institute? Out of those so many HR training institutes, a HR degree aquired from the ones which are better known Institutes and have better credibility, will hold good.
Further, no Institute is 'helpful' in finding a job. It is your knowledge and grasp on the subject which can see you through. So, it is good to have an additonal qualification, but it is better to keep updating your knowledge on the subject, by reading books, articles, blogs, and of course, citehr.com.
Hope I've given you some clue.
Prashant
