I have just one concern, if you could please help me out with that. I was working with an Auto company on the rolls of Mafoi Management Consultants on a contract for one Year. The contract got ended on 6th March'09 but I couldn't attend the office from 27th January'09 due to some personal reasons. I have informed to the Auto company and Mafoi the same. But when my personal issues were solved my contract period with the company and Mafoi was already over i.e 6th March. After that there was no amount or any material with me which I needed to settle as F & F. Still I was always told by Mafoi Peole to go to the Auto company and meet the bosses there even to claim the PF etc. But I do not want to go there as they will only humiliate me and knowinly would like to hold my PF. I am only concerned of Withdrawing my PF from my PF account where niether Mafoi nor the Auto company is supporting me. Please do let me know how can I claim the PF now?? I am vry much in need of that! Plz someone Help!!

dear
who was your employer?who was paying you salary?
when you were on roll of mafoi than salary will also be paid by them and
they only may be deducting your PF.
you approach to them fill up form 19 and 10 c get it attested by them
than deposit in PF office for withdrawl.
if they refuses to attest your form than you can directly approach to PF office
with the statement that previous employer not signing your form.

Thanks a lot for the kind reply. Actually I was deputed to Skoda Auto India,Aurangabad on Behalf of Mafoi Management Consultants and my Payment etc everthing was done by Mafoi. Now, the mafoi people are saying that as Skoda Auto is not ready to relieve you and till your name is deleted from our Payroll system and until your full and final settlement is cleared we cannot process your PF. They want me to go to the Skoda company again and beg to them to relieve me etc. But I do not want to go to that employer and anyways legally my 1 year contract with them has already been over on 6th march itself. Its been over 2 months now.
These Mafoi people are not ready to even fill up my PF form and give my PF number and want me to go and meet my reporting manager at Skoda. I do not want any relieving letter etc, but just want to claim my PF money which they have deducted always from my salary!
Please do suggest me the appropriate way out of this.

dear than you deposit your form directly to PF office with a letter that your managment is harassing you and not signing your PF form. tks j s malik

Mafoi wount submit your PF withdrawl forms for years together (also their head office is in Chennai which adds to the problem )....Mr. Balaji only speaks big but when it comes to his consultancy .....god save...
Everything seems to be fine till you are with them as your are a money spinner for the company ....
the day you put in your papers , you will see the origional color.
This has hapended to many of my known people , who were working with Mafoi.
