Consultant follow – up:

Ø Responsible for giving feed backs to candidates & consultants.
Ø Keeping the consultants posted about the hired candidates and short listed candidates.
Ø Claiming Invoice amount and sending cheques to the consultants on timely basis.
Ø Coordinate with the consultants for filing Monthly returns for ESI and PF.
Ø Maintenance of Statutory registers both in hard copy and in Excell format.


Pay roll Processing :

Maintaing salary details in Excell format and processing of salary for every month. Preparing PF and ESI monthly returns on Excell and in HRMS.

Employee Exit:

Responsible for handling the Employee exits, by way of helping them do fill No – dues / P.F. withdrawal forms, separation request, Exit tracker (etc)
