Dear All,
Need your advise and/or information of the standard industry practise for issuance of experience certificate to outsourced manpower.
Do the outsourcing company mention that XYZ was working on our roles for ABC company..........or is it only that XYZ was working with us.... as....from...till ...
Can the outsource employee ask the outsourcing agency to issue the experience certificate with the company name for which s/he was actually working ???
Pls advise.

Thanks Anil for prompt reply, the experience certificate will be given on outsource employer's letter head only but my question is still not answered. Lets take it this way......Say Tarun worked as Manager - Operations for HP but was on the roles of TeamSource
Then what will be written on his experience certificate.....that Tarun has worked on the roles of TeamSource for HP as Manager - operations ???
Experience certificate on the letter head of TeamSource but with a mention of the company(HP) that he worked for???
Pls advise.

Dear Megha
Usually it is the practise in our company that the experience letter will be issued by the company where the employee is deputed at. The letter clearly tells that Mr A is working as...... from the manpower......... from date to To date and following are the projects handled by him.
The relieving letter will be from the outsourced manpower Agency
