Can anyone help me out with the pricing models for conducting an employee engagement survey for 5000+ employee organization. Also the names of few companies who conduct these surveys.

Hi Titheepaal
My company conducts employee engagement surveys. Our published rates for a 5000 employee company would be $9399 US. This includes survey design, survey distribution (online), survey reporting and analysis, as well our EYEMap action plan for improving employee engagement. We take you entirely through the process from survey to action. As we are just entering the Indian market I would be willing to conduct the survey at a discounted rate of $4999 US.

These are the factors you need to consider when selecting the right survey company to deliver your EES within your budget:

1 Has staff engagement framework and model

2 Has expertise in EES and extensive experience in conducting EES

3 Has capability to conduct online survey and/or paper-based survey (all depends on your staff profile)

4 Has ability to make comparison against past survey data (if this is a requirement)

5 Has ability to present executive summary of findings and make recommendations

6 Has a well-defined database for benchmarking against a) Country norms or 2) Location norms or 3) Industry norms

7 Provides flexible / customisable reports

8 Results presentation to different stakeholders e.g. Management and employee

9 Optional item: indicates capability to provide an appropriate framework based on recommendations

Provide a more indepth project specifications to the survey providers and get them to quote on the same scope. The pricing gap from seasoned & established providers will not be too wide but you need to determine the real value proposition in totality.
