Have you taken qualitative or quantitative responses? If quantitative, there is not much to analyse as any analysis will not be statistically valid.

You should have decided all that before you started the study.
Sample size depends upon what you have identified as the population. Have you surveyed all the telecommunication (mobile) operators in India or Kashmir (if you have narrowed down your geographical area)?
Have you got a computer at home and can you use it for chatting using Skype or Yahoo messenger, or better still use voice facility to talk?
I will be going for my walk now and will be available at the computer after 11pm IST or tomorrow.

Hi Gaggan If you do that for Tasleem, will it be her work? I think what would be fair and proper is for Tasleem to write what she can and we give her ideas to improve the script. Simhan

Analysis depend on the objective of the study , If have taken parctices into Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal and Rewards & Recognition.
Suppose if you consider objective of study for bench marking in Recuritment then you should be the which area of recruitment is bench marked
Eg: Sourcing candidates using latest technology , recruitment through campus selection , or changing interview test i.e psychology and other .
And analysis should be done based on the present methods and bench marked mehtods
If you can give me details of your study i can help you out.

Dear Tasleem,
I am also working on a similar benchamarking project on recruitment strategies of Life Insurance Industries. I am in a process of collecting information. I would be doing a comparative analysis of the policies and procedures of every step of recruitment i.e. CV shortlisting, Interview process, Psycomentric tests etc. and then would choose the best practices out of these.
May be you can try this.

Hi Tasleem,
If you require any further assistance in preparing your questionnaire then you can send me your research objective, aim, overview and draft of questionnaire which you have prepared so far.
I can help you in organizing your questionnaire and can suggest the possible ways of analysis since I have experience doing the same.
Best Wishes,
