No confirmation on resignation - is it necessary to get it?
Hi i am working in a private it firm and i resigned from the organisation and currently in notice period. i don t get any confirmation on resignation letter. i just want to know whether it is necessary to get the confirmation. regards sivajith
Resignation during probation period
I ve been working with this company for 6 months till to date no confirmation letter has been issued by the hr even though they load me with tonnes of work. if am still not confirm can i tender my resignation under the 2 weeks period? another question any company who issue the confirmation letter to their employee to my understanding both party must sign on the confirmation letter right? employer & employee . does the confirmation letter valid if the employer purposely back dated the letter and issue to employee saying that am a confirmed staff after i tender the resignation letter? because once am confirmed it will be in one month noticed.
Resignation acceptance / last working date mail
Hi i have resinged from my previous organisation on 2nd may 2017. i have received resignation acceptance mail with last working date by my manager on mail but hr has not send me a resignation acceptance mail or last working date confirmation mail. my new employer would require resignation acceptance mail or last working date confirmation mail from previous company hr only. my new employer does not accept mail from my manager about last working date. neither previous company hr sending confirmation mail as its againt their policy as hr said nor new employer accepting confirmation mail from my manager. kindly help me to come out from this issue. if there any law for that kindly tell me. kindly reply on it priority.

Hi all i have a serious query please help. one my colleague forgot to offboard an employee after giving resignation confirmation via email to the employee. the employee was onboarded with the client on their payrolls basis email confirmation shared by him. resulting in dual employment. payroll pf everything is active in both the company. how can this be corrected? please guide..
Salary hike
Hi i have a new offer in hand and applied for resignation but present company which i am working is negotiating and agreed to give the salary hike of hike is also confirmed by manager which was ok for me. but when asked for written confirmation manager says the confirmation would come in form of letter in the month of july appraisal cycle. here the question is does any company give the written confirmation? or just to take chance and go ahead with oral confirmation itself? regards vamsi

Hi i am working for an organisation whcih as per policy is to provide confirmation after 6 months based on the feedback . though i got a positive feedback from my supervisor i am still waiting after 10 months for my confirmation . every time i talk about the same they will find some issue to postpone the same one some pretext. i have finally put in my resignation letter with a date but is it possible to leave the employment before the notice period as i am not a confirmed employee.
