Hi,

I need a clarification whether PF should be deducted on the minimum wage OR the monthly Gross ( basic+DA+ other allowance) of the employee should be equal to the minimum wage in which case PF is calculated on the (Basic + DA). In this case basic+Da is less than the minimum wage.
