Hi! The proposed salary during confirmation is good I think as a motivation/token of appreciation. You can always tell that during yearly appraisals after evaluation the increment will be performane based.

But even though what you can do is just check in the market what is the current package given in your Industry.

Thats what i want to know
18000+...+...+.. is what he's getting in his last company at nasik

what should we offer him if he's to be relocated in mumbai consolidated package? because our company doesn't provide accommodation, lunch, pickup and drop facility(that was provided by the last company where candidate is working currently)
please do suggest the consolidated package that should be offered

whoops !! sorry .. i presumed that this is what you are offering .. my mistake...

by the way.. what is the position that you are recruiting him for ???
that would help to give the standard CTC

one point to note is that y should the guy think of moving after 5 mths ; whats the push ??? in that case then you have to check if he would feel restive after the next 6 mths with you .

hi

i may be late in answering but i think a package of 3 lac + pick n drop wud be good enough.... y i am sayin so is coz earlier he was gettin 18 k+accom+pick n drop...

if u give him acoom then it will b exp 4 u coz as far as i knw mumbai is exp... so if he is given 3L i.e 25k+pick n drop it will suite both u as wel as him....
