Hi,

I am an HR/Management Consultant in Karnataka, India, practising
with HR related management services, and Personnel/Industrial Relations
matters, including legal issues.

While searching for some HR subject on Google, came across CiteHR Forum. I am an ardent user of data and info on websites. I found this Forum a unique place for HR professionals from across the Globe to share their knowledge and experience. Upon browsing for some subjects, I found really expert writings on some subjects.

I really appreciate the efforts of this CiteHR Forum, and I read its
Founder's written Mission Statement in its homepage. Mr Sidhartha Roy's idea and objective are Great. Let us all join together in realising that objective in stages, one by the year 2007, and another in the following year. Each one of us can contribute to it through our efforts and knowledge, and team Network.

I look forward to sharing all the experience and knowledge, both to gain
from other colleagues/professionals available on this Forum, and to give
them mine as and when need arises on related topics. I have reasonably good databank of HR references, articles, guides, Rules, legal prounouncements, case-law references. Yet, we are always "Learners" in this field, and hence we need to continuously seek knowledge from other sources. So, my dear friends and colleagues, do keep in touch, do keep writing.

You can identify me as Adviser-HR. I am quite occupied in my profession, as well touring to other Stations on work. So, sometimes, response from me may take a few days.
