Can anyone please let me know regarding the rule in pf in case of any employee drawing leave encashment in continuance of his/her service pf on the leave encashment amount is to be deducted or not.

Hi to every one i am facing a problem from last days that when we deduct pf on leave encashment and leave encashment amount is inclusive of hra than is it liable for pf deduction or hra should be excluded from leave encashment amount at the time of pf deduction? plz help me and plz quote any legal reference in this regard?
Employer pf deduction
Can anybody help me out of this. i have started working in a startup having some confusion on pf deductions after checking my pf pasbook in uan accunt. this was my employer pf deduction & deposit in pf account may 1581 deducted: 427 deposited june 1837 deducted: 495 deposited july 2042 deducted: 550 deposited august 2042 deducted: 550 deposited each month around 27 of the deduction is been added to my pf account. is this a rule? or they are cheating with me?? please help what to do in this case. thankyou
Deducted pf on the encashment of compensatory off itself claims that the company has not been following the act?
Hi hr colleagues i would like to mention a situation where a company is deducting pf on the encashment amount of compensatory off at their factory employees. as company have its internal policy of encashment of compensatory off if not availed within next six months. my argument is that as per the factory act it s mandatory to give a break after continuous working of 48 hours whereas by deducted pf on the encashment of compensatory off itself claims that the company has not been following the act. kindly put the light of your comments on the above situation as my urge is that we should not deduct the pf on encashment of compensatory off and should have paid in cash only. looking forward in the anticipation of an expert view on the above situation.
