Yes, u have to fill form 19 and 10c for PF withdrawl... either ur company exists or not... or u can transfer into another PF A/C in ur current company if u r having.....
u must get the amount in some a/c only not in cash...
in case if ur company doesn't exists, u can take the help from Bank Manager of ur that bank which is cotaining ur Salary A/C at that time.
But for all these things u need to remember the PF A/c no.
For futher query u can contact me on or reply on the same....
Cheers...

Dear Vikas,
You can withdraw the complete PF amount (which includes both PF (3.67% of employer's contribution) and Pension scheme's amount- 8.33% of employer's contribution).
You can submit the PF form 19 and 10c duly filled and signed by your employer to the concerned PF office.
If your total service period is less than 9 years 6 months, then
you can withdraw both PF and Pension amount or if it is more than
9 years 6 months, you can only withdraw PF amount.
The pension amount will then be payable at retirement age.
In case of withdrawl, the employer's stamp and signature are must.
Thanks
Gunjan
