Hi folks what is the criterial for payment of subsitence allowance. normally we pay 50 on first 90days and 75 upto 180 days and full salary till suspension is ended my question is 1 what will be the minimum period required to pay the suspension allowance. say for suppose we suspends an employee for one week do we still needs to pay suspension allowance to him 2 if suppose we suspends an employee for habitual late coming or for frequent unauthorised leave or any other reason. still we need to pay the suspension allowance or the suspension allowance is paid to the employees who are put under suspension for mistake of grave nature your vies pls
