useless posts.......

Dear all,

I would like to have your openion regarding the use of this cite. Some members are regularly using this cite foer meaning less postings....

Some times it is good to read such posts. But some members are frequently flashing such posts on the cite......

I want to make a request to all such users who are sending such mails to stop this process.....

It is also visible that some members are posting their personal posts on the cite......

Plz stop the same in favour of all cite members......

Hope you understand the worth of being a member of the cite where thousand of people are searching for their daily based knowledge needs..........

When it comes to Humour session the postings in this forum will be humorous. In what way do u want to control this and why? If u want HR related stuff then you have different forums in Cite-hr itself. If we start HR stuff here then can we call this as Humour session.

Yes Cite-hr is meant for HR related stuff but this doesnt mean that we should be very serious with HR related matters alone. One side we have several Sessions in cite-hr to discuss hr related stuff and on the other side to balance our stress we have humour session where we can relax ourself.

Ok tell me one thing, why are we employed by companies? ... To work. Are we only working there..tell me.....no we work as well as enjoy...like wise when it comes to Cite-hr we post Hr related stuff as well as Humourous posting. No one can stop us. Incase if you people are so specific about this then ignore the Humour session and concentrate on other forums where you can find only HR HR HR HR............

If you people say that Cite-hr is meant only for HR related matters then why many HR's respond and spend their time in humour session? Guys no one is forcing you people to respond for the posts in Humour session so if you dont like such discussions then kindly ignore it.

I actually wanted to say something to others...but I felt its better to tell you.
Dont waste ur energy dear in convincing someone who cannot change their views.
Its after all humor... for a relaxation. I guess, its not addicting you or me to over indulge in it. Neither it is taking their energy away. . . . Its after all being posted in humour session.

Why to argue? Leave it.

After all – we are talking abt love…not terror. U chill…. Cant help if others sometimes dont think with their head and get irriated where no one has invited them either.

It has been mentioned by all the members who were opposing posting humurous posts here to make this a professional cite hr forum.

You say, they can go to other forums but people who practiced to professional ethics will not digest if you look into it correctly.
