you should have put in options as yes and no.... that would give a better picture...

by the way our company does not use psychometric tests... IT (Offshore)

this will me analyse them companywise actually i wanted to conduct a survey on use of psychometric test,kind of org. using tests& tests being used by them but not many people seem interested in replying back.

ur question itself is very confusing due to which we expect the options to be yes or no.

instead change ur question to " if ur company uses psychometric test then click the company type below"

i hope that will lead to some more responces
