Invitation to all Training managers in and Around Bangalore

Dear all,

I am a training manager working in bangalore. I had an idea about forming a group of training managers rom bangalore. This group will help us interact persoannly and help us professionally also. Afterall training is about 'development' of ourselves and employees of our companies, this can be achieved more effectively by exchanging of ideas.

Sure can share the training process. But can you be more specific abt what u need? We have a generic training process which we follow.

I don't have any experience in training but i will love to learn about it. I am working as Executive-HR in a marketing company. Can a person who don't have experince in training can join this Group.
