Dear Ramu First of all u maintain urs pf ledger atfter state total per member , after that u make form 3A and 6A then in last tally both contribution with all challan total, i hope yours total will do match.
Dear Anuradha, As Verma Rajesh explained, once PF contribution is deducted, we have to remit the amount to PF authority on monthly basis. On yearly basis we have to submit Form 3A (detailed individuals contribution details run for a year) & Form 6A summary of contributions in one single line. On receipt of this, PF authority will issue Form 23 with details of all accumulated amount to each employee throgh employer. Hope this details will serve the purpose
