Wage limit for bonus is 3500/- as rightly said.
But Further Please note : in case of an employee receving salary or wages between Rs. 2500/- and Rs. 3500/-; the bonus payable to him is to be calculated as if his salary or wages were Rs. 2500 PM only. Sec 12 . of Bonus Act

wage limit of bonus is revised and now if an employee basic+DA is less than 10000 per month than he is entitle for bonus however calculation will be done on 3500.it means the employees having basic+DA from 3500 to 10000 will get the same bonus.
