Hello all,

i am junior HR executive.

I want to start an Induction Program for existing employees which includes : organizational culture, policies, and departmental process.
In our company HR Department is only One year old. So this type of activity is require which can educate employees about the company.
The only problem to start this program is the Suitable TITLE.

Can anyone tell me what should be the title for such a program.

I would like you suggest that you can categorize inductiotn programme in the form of phase like phase-1, phase -2 and start with title of PHASE-1 INDUCTION PROGRAMME for certain level of employees(JUNIOR, SENIOR, MIDDLE LEVEL, TOP LEVLE).

think over it and it suits with your company you can follow the same.
