Dear Bipin,
I appreciate your efforts in developing this presentation. But this is empathizing only on HR Planning. I could be better if it had been on entire HR Activities like- Recruitment, Competency mapping, Performance Appraisal, Tax, CTC Calculation and other things.
Any person who is new to HR should be able to know all the above mentioned things. Little bit practical.
Good attempt.
keep posting some innovate & important content.

Hi all,

Greetings!

I am looking forward for your suggestions in order to take up a SAP course in HR as I am looking for a job change.
I have total 7 years of working experience and post MBA (HR) is 4 years. It would really be great if you could suggest me a good and reputed institute/training center who can really train me on the technology or perhaps can help me out in changing a job as fast as possible.

I have received a call today from one training center based at Noida in Sector 2 who are offering me SAP training that would cost me approx. Rs.25K + taxes and are guaranting a job too (again they will be charging ; Once I receive an offer letter from the company they are going to place me with and when the company gives me an appointment letter, this training center would take my one month salary).

Before I go to meet them, I would really appreciate if you could me suggest me in this regard. What would be the best in this state?

I know and sure, this site has lots of seniors who are very knowledgeable and believe in helping/supporting.

So, looking forward for your suggestions.

Best regards,
