Leave before weekly off & after weekly off
Dear all please let me know if any employee takes a leave before weekly off & after weekly off then can we consider total three days as leave or only two days as leave. few senior people say that if any employee doesn t come prefix or suffix to weekly off then they say it is as 3 days as leave. please suggest me which is the correct one as per law. regards vinay kumar

Dear all i am making hr policy for my company. till now there was not specific policy for weekly off and leave. one employee from my company was applied for 20 days leave and she had 15 days leave balance. the 21st and 22nd day was weekly off sat & sun. is she eligible for those weekly off? can anybody give me all details about leaves and weekly off? sangeeta lad mumbai

Could any one tel me if an employee is taking long leave should the weekly offs be included in it or otherwise. for eg. if a person is taking 15 days leave and there are 2 weekly offs in between means should i take that also as leave or should i consider it as weekly off only. plz guide
Weekly off problem- please advise
Dear all unable to solve it without your guidance. giving below the situation. . in our sales department we have 5 employees who are given separate weekly off considering the business requirement. example: employee a weekly off: monday employee b weekly off: tuesday employee c weekly off: wednesday employee d weekly off: thursday employee e weekly off: friday therefore they are asked to come on sunday. now assume if "employee b" takes leave on monday and comes to work on tuesday where he was supposed to be on off what should be done in such scenario. at the end of month they usually ask to adjust their such leaves with their weekly off days. please help on this thanking you in anticipation.
