Samanth Arora
Hello Friends,

I used to work with a small private limited company in Delhi. The company has not paid me my last 3 month salary, so I was left with no other option than to leave the company. I left the company last month and to claim my pending amount, I forwarded my request to employment inspector.

Last week, we had a meeting with Employment inspector, Me (Employee) & employer and the employer has agreed to pay 2 month’s salary as in full and final settlement after deducting TDS, and some other loan installment deductions.

I know it’s the duty of the employer to prepare a Full and Final settlement letter, but still to be on the safer side I also want to get a letter signed from my employer which should show the following and also details about my last 9 months TDS deductions:
· Salary for 2 months
· Less TDS
· Less Other deductions (loan installment)
· Clearance of Loan
· No dues from any party
· Form 16 details

Please help me getting a Full and Final Settlement letter, including the above mentioned details.

Regards,
Samanth Arora
