Need some training ideas & trainers

Hi,

I am looking after HR of a mumbai based corporate advisory firm. We are planning to have a one day meeting cum training session for all our managerial level employees to kick start the new financial year 2009-10. No. of employees attending the session would be around 70.

Kindly give me some ideas as to what kind of actvities and topics I can consider for the session. Also recommend me some good trainers for soft skills.
