Dear All,
We are in process of establishment of proper KPAs, KRAs and KPIs for our Group of Companies. Presently, we've 12000 diverse workforce for our group.
I'm working here as HR Executive, management intends to formulate proper system. In this regard, all of you are requested to please give me a brief outline to how to prepare systematic layout for particular department and employees.

Kindly search in CITEHR for KRA, KPI, AND KPA... There is a lot of material on the same. Please come up with a suggestion or an initial work. Seniors in citehr will guide you thru.

Dear Ash,
Thanks for your reply, As i wrote earlier that there was no such practice for this system. We were using only "boss rating employee" system that is absolute wrong way creating discrimination and bad influence on employees causing huge resignation rate. In order to meet the objective and enhance productivity, mgmt decided to start an updated system.
I've idea, and will do but I just want to look a format prepared by seniors so that I may prepare with right way.
