Hi Madhuverma,
Please send as much information as you can about the size of the team, nature of the work, areas covered, etc (by private message, if you wish). Otherwise, there is not much information to help you.

Hi Swati,
I may succeed in getting a job in our Manpower Planning & Budgeting section to utilize my IT Database Skills. I wonder if there is any specific software that is handling manpower planning and budgeting reports and analysis.
I'd also appreciate if you can direct me on some helpful resource materials that I can read to get more familiar on the subject.
Thanks
Jim

Rather than ask others to answer your assignment question, please search the web and understand the concepts and then approach a company nearby where you are studying or live to find out how they do.
Have a nice day.

Dear Jyoti,
If you give the complete scenario at the outset, it helps our experts to give you precise answers instead of giving answers based on assumptions. Hence, please let us know what you do, and in which industry, and why you have raised such a general question. If it is question for one of a student assignment, I suggest that you kindly give your response and then people will correct any misconceptions that you may have.

Hi,
Some of the planning before releasing a job description involves:
1. Comparing with available resources in case an existing employee can already perform this role/assimilated within this position.
2. What value can a new recruit add to this role/company ?
3.How the job position fits into the schema of roles in the organisation?
4.Creating their job description & specifications required in the candidate
5. Listing out budgetary limitations (including training & onboarding costs)
6.What will be the objectives & and Key Performance Indicators of the new recruit?
7. Onboarding a new employee takes time and it may take up to 6 months to be fully productive at optimum levels, factor these in while making the choice to hire.
All of these decisions are taken into consideration when you hire a third party recruitment firm who will hire the right candidate for your company.
One such staffing firm is Prathigna.com who undertakes recruitment drives, either on your company premises or their offices. To learn more, visit Top Staffing Solutions | Recruitment agencies | Prathigna.com to see how this agency can be of service to you!
