Hai All,

I am Rakesh Verma. An Executive HR of an MNC. In earlier year we were conduting our employee satisfaction servey on A B C D basis. means A represent Fully satisfied, B means Generally sasfied , where as D means not satisfied, but in this year we have change our system, we introduce scalling system. mean 1 - 10 where 10 means full satisfied , <6 means not fully satisfied or not satisfied, but now problem is that ,,,, now we are not able to know exact condition of fully satisfied employee ... can any body help me ...

I am at a loss, could you kindly clarify your query. What do you mean by "fully satisfied employee"? Isn't that one with A grade of the past and a score of 10 now.
