Hi All,
Saw dis story on one of the forums in orkut.....
Once upon a time there was an island, where all the feelings lived together.
One day there was a storm in the sea and the island was about to drown.
Every feeling was scared but Love made a boat to escape.
Every feeling boarded the boat. 1 feeling was left .
Love got down to to see who it was..
It was EGO..
Love tried and tried but ego didn't move and the water level was also rising.
Every one asked love to leave him and come in the boat, but love was
made to love.
At last all the feelings escaped and Love died with ego on the island..
Love Died because of EGO......So never give a chance to your ego over love.

Good posting...
And Harpreet..
Ditti just shared what she came across and she did not intend to hurt anyone...this is a forum for Humou.
No offense meant personally in those posting of hers.
Do you know that the very term "Sardhar" brings happiness on everyones face here in south...not because its for humiliating you, its just that we know that we are going to have a smile on our face. In our life where stress comes so easliy without being asked for... laughter comes rarely.
And we have all due respect for you just like any other brother... Take care and pls dont take it to heart.

As u say sardhar means happiness. I totally agree wid u and smile is also is very important but it's true dat some peoples gets hurt on jokes on sardar's. I am not saying this ki ditti ne ye sab jaan bhuj ke kiya hain. Hasne hasane ke liye aur bhi bahut sari cheeze hain but i don't understand y u people choose sardar's.
My point is dat i donn't like jokes on sardars and many other peoples also, but hame ye bhi samajna chaiye ki hum ja rehte hain, hame wahan aas paas ke logo ka bhi dhyan rakhna chaiye. Baki aap sab ke apne views hai.......... 2day i ask dis question, some other day some other ask.......
and Ditti, i don't hav any personal problem wid u and if by mistake i said any harsh wrds 2 u or i hurt ur feelings den i apologise 4r dat......
Take Care every1

It was a very good one Jagdeep, but like Radha pointed out...difficult to practice. But that shouldn't stop any of us from trying.
And of late I keep wondering......what took me so long to become a part of this Forum--but better late than never I guess;-)
