Regarding Leave Regulations in Noida
Dear Seniors,

I am working with a Software Development Company in Noida. My Company is registered under Shops and Establishment Act.My Query is regarding Leaves which are applicable in Noida by Law.

As per our Current Leave Policy,Leave structure is as follows:-

Paid Leaves - 15

Casula Leaves - 5

Sick Leaves - 5

My Question is :-

Is there is any mandatory requirements of leaves to be give to employees? If yes please update me...

dear
i think earlier also you have post the same thread and in that you have mentioned yourself required quantum of leaveie paid leave 15,calsual10 sick 15 ,as per U P SHOP and establishment act.whatever act says that is bare minimum one should follow it.
if someone donot want to follow the law than authorities will only check and if you ae not caught than it is ok .some companies are not even giving this much leave.
we have given the leave which one should give as per law.
tks
