| | ask the vendor to do it.
just maintain safeguards like:
in case of a poor hire, employer gives salary + commision to consultant: how will the consultant shoulder the loss, simply by providing replacement or not asking for/ refunding payment for the said candidate.
specify timelines for various stages of recruitment
secondly ask the vendor to try n understand the cos culture/ processes etc so that right ppl are identifed. | |

It is little difficult to understand wht u actually want.I have a draft of the agrrement or contract sent by the consultancy....just see if that helps you.....
