Hi,

Greetings!!!!

I have joined one BPO two months before.Lots of stress,workload,daily 13 to 14 hours i am working here.

Here everyone is on contract.If i want to leave this job one month notice period or deposit one month salary.

Is there any clause in bombay shops & establishment act for contract employee ?i.e.one month salary or one month notice period within 2 months.

Is there any probation?

Pl. help.

dear
there is no law as such but if they have given you any contract and it says like that than u have to follow it.
