Want to be a corporate trainer. plz help

Dear All
I have 3 years of experience in IT as software engg but I want to change my career profile and I want to become a corporate trainer.

1. Will some kind of certification like celta, tesol, BEC, etc. help me ?

2.Can i become a certified facilitator from some institute. If yes, which institute provide reputed certification as facilitator in bangalore.

2. I want to attend workshops and train the trainer(TTT) courses, which institutes should I look forward to ?
