Hallo Seniors,
Few days back one of my friend went for an interview for the post of so-called HR Executive in a Placement Consultancy. One of the questions she was asked is -" How would you recruit candidates and on what basis would you reject a candidate?"
Sir/ Madam, I would like to know what will be the proper answer to this question
Also what kind of questions can be expected in interview of such post in Consultancies?

see the answer is u will select on the basis of requirement seeing job description or requirement of clients and rejection would be on many criterias not matching requiremnents, comunication skills, degree, experience etc.... recruitment can be done by surfing through job portals like naukri.com, monsterindia etc....also u can match keywords, then call up those candidates nearby located ask them about their profile, if it matches talk to them regarding opening and mail them.....check out their communication etc..... and share their CV with clients......thats it......i hope this suffices ur question:wacko::mrgreen::p:wink:
