i m new to this site and need help to know abt

Q1) What are the HR practices that are followed by your organization?
Q2) Describe any one practice in brief which is followed by your organization?
Q3) Did you identified any problem areas, issues and concerns in the practice as mentioned above?
Q4) Suggest a blue print of how you will be able to manage the problem as stated above?

i recently completed my mba let me any openings in hyderabad as management hr trainee, hr admin, hr recruiter. i have done 3 months of sip in a consultancy.let me if there are any good oppurtunities. as hr.
