Balance Score CArd - A tool to measure an employee Performance
Dear All,

Hope you all doing well.
I am conducting a survey on Balanced Score Card - A tool to measure an emloyee Performance.
Following are some questions based on evaluating employee performance through BSC.
I request you all to please mentioned me your company name (If possible) after answering to my questions.

Questions:-

1) How do company link employee performance in BSC?
2) How do company measure employee performance in their organization?
3) How are the KRAs (Key Result areas) given in the organization?
4) How are the success factors measured in the organization?
5) How do you measure employees in Developmental Assignments?
6) What results organization want from employees - explain with the example?
7) How organization measure the results of employees performance?

Please Do answer these questions. Any suggestions do reply...

When posting for help like this try to give as much information about yourself and why you are conducting the survey. Why should people on this forum answer your questions and how will it help us?
