Good PPT. But I think it is incomplete. You started a story which is left in the middle. when peocock and others were not happy, who learnt what kind of lessons and how the story ended. Are there any slides missing or this is this? However, this is a nice PPT:-P

Hi Rao,

Firstly, there are no slides missing.this ppt just depicts the scenario at workplaces..it refers to the comfort zone of the employess or the top management at times(not criticizing)...it shows how at some times the though employees are innovative..they fall on deaf ears..and as result the minds are restricted to be monotomous or predifined.

adding, what I have incurred is that, employees need to be balanced in an orgn still abiding the norms of the same..fellow colleagues should be appreciated for their work and encouraged to speak out and in turn process goes like a cycle....

As Shijith said, even when uniformity is maintained at times there is a need of creativity to excel in today's altering trends at the same time balancing to be stable in ongoing process.

Well, as you can see Rao..this story has no ending..it goes on ..on and on...:-D

its just that a message is conveyed..:icon1:

Actually, this ppt was a base idea for us to do multiple presentations at one of our workshops in our orgn...

Good one Kavitha.
And like 'Guidance' said, can be applied to families.
And I may add--to any situation where people are there. Not that I am stretching this concept far, but India has been shouting hoarse about Pakistan's involvement with terrorists since the 1980s....but none cared to listen. Why? The very same reason that's contained in this PPT. And why are they NOW listening? Not contained in this PPT.....but b'cos they have begun to get affected.
The point in the whole issue is this: "change is the only constant in life" [not my quote, but Vivekananda's 100 yrs ago]--the sooner any individual or organisation or country realises & adapts to handle it the better AND the key word is 'balance'-whether it's in an organisation or a family or country or just among a group of friends.
Rgds,
TS
