Hi,
There is a governing body for theses kind of issues and in this case the Regional PF commissioner is the right position to approach. I have witnessed such an issue wherein the employee approached the regional PF Commissioner and the PF commissioner had asked the Hr department & the candidate to settle down the issue and thereafter the PF was cleared. You can go to www.epfindia.com and search for the right position to approach. If you are in Delhi, then let me know as i have the contact details.

dear
as per section 10 of PF it canot be attached against any dues.so no one can stop
your PF. you can deposit form directly to RPFC with an application that your employer is refusing to sign .under section 68 of the PF act RPFC will send this form to employer and he is bound to varify and return within 8 days of receiving.

Hi Avinash, As per the law no one employer has right to hold your pf amount, and he has to release you, if you are not signed any agreement with the employer . shreyz HRD IAC
