7. Quarterly, half yearly , yearly increase based on performance.

8. Incentive linked wage policy.

9. Fringe benefits policy to take care of social needs.

10. We will try bringing about holistic approach thereby increasing the productivity and decreasing the attrition rate within the organization.

11. Retirement Policy.
