Helo,
this is quite simple,you have to meet personally with placemnt co-ordinator and fix up the meeting ,discuss with him and then u can carry forward the discussion further as per your prescribed proportion.

For campus interview..
You can prepare JD of the concerned profile and attach the mail. In mail you can mention about your interest in conducting the interview in campus.
One can go for GD or Personal interview. I thik best will be you call in for CVs and request the Placement head to give you pre-screened CV's acc to your requirements.
Cost will be according to what kind of interview method you will use.

I think review your strategy of interviewing and then decide.
