I wanted to know what is the notice period a trade union needs to give to the employers before going on strike.

Under P utility, services which used on daily routine like BSNL,MSEB,PWD etc etc. and viraj, any employer/own only entertain such union whose who have majority of membership and was resgister under TU act. And please note, other than public utilty sectors required 14 days notice(prior) period to go on strike.
