There is no limitation in sectors for HR profession. U can apply for any sector viz., FMCG, IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Garments, Automobile etc. So its up to ur choice. I wud suggest, u can go for FMCG/IT/ITES. Anything more??

hey diksha,
i would suggest you to go for corresp. as today nbdy is interested in your specialization, wat matters is your experience and knowledge i have frins who are just grad and are in HR... so go for corresp.. and by the time look for a job in the same field.

Hi Dikhsa,
Doing MBA with psychology will always help u in getting job ,no doubt in tht. Now if you are chosing between ICFAI And Sym... then you have to analyse your own need they both arte entirely diffrent . ICFAI is known for his syllabus (distance learning)iits really good .but fees strcture is liitle bit expensive .so think before u join y u wanna do MBA distance learning.if its only for the sake of degree go for symbiosis.
For your second query tht is companies name ,i want to know from which university u r doing ur Masters.
like in delhi there are many companies for ex Abacus , Quadrangle, birlasoft ,RDI and many other big companies provide you with the opprtunity .the four name which i have provided can provide you some rich work in psychometrics and assessment ,trainings and all.
So best of luck for your future .
if you want any other information you can contact me here or on my mail id
Regards,
Mohit

Hi diksha
you r really confused. Let me clarify the thing. HRM is not all about industrial physichology though there are so many behavioural application in it,today HRM need to act as a business process so an HR manager/Exec should know the buniness first
So always i advocate for MBA from a good instutute not a diploma. Since you have no prior experience in industry do a full time MBA otherwise you only waste your time & money.

Hi Diksha
You r reallyb confused. lets clarify.. HRM is not all about insdustrial psychology though there are more application of it . Today HRM needs to act as a business process so every HR manager/exec should know the business so i wl suggest for an MBA not any diploma.
Since you dnt hv any exp in industry it wl b better to do full time Mba not part time and intership wl b after one yr dont need to worry for it from the begining.
