Default leave policy

Hi,

i need expert advice on the following issue.

what are the leaves an employee can avail in a bpo company. are CLs SLs ELs are mandatory. how may casual leaves, earned leaves, sick leaves are to be credited to the employee leave accout in a calender year. and are these according to the statutory act. if these are according to statutory act. they come under which act.
