Hi to all,

I am new member for this forum . I need ur help. I did pgdbm in human resources but i got job in call center (Outbound) as CSR. right now i want to change my job and will i make my career in human resources field?

I m not searching job through this form I need just advice through this forum . should i mention my previous exp of call center in my resume? i hope you understand message. if there is any doubt u can mail me on
