Hello Seniors,
I m a CG ARTIST (Computer graphic artist) and 3D Designer. I am in this field for last 7 yrs. and now I want to hit management level. I want to switch my career to HR. Is this field good (In terms of salary and challenges) enough for a guy like me. I Have exp. in project co-ordination & taking interviews and tests of shortlisted candidates.
I am thinking to do MBA HR through Distance Learning / Online which institute / college should I choose so as to get a nice job without much struggle.
Do Distance learning courses have campus recruitment?? or I should opt for a full time course for that purpose. (Really cant afford to invest that much money and time as I will have to leave my current job if i go for full time course.)
I will be really thankful of you guys if I get some guidence from you. I am also ready to work as trainee HR Manager till I complete my PG. I m looking for job as
'FULL TIME TRAINEE HR MANAGER' in CALL CENTERS, ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS, DESIGN STUDIOS, CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES so, any reference is most welcome.
I am really looking forward for your help, guidance & suggestions.
